<span class=\"HwtZe\" lang=\"en\"><span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Through the Zilla Parishad Social Welfare Department, &#8216;Kamwa ani Shika&#8217; scheme is being implemented to provide employment opportunities to the backward class students.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Pune has become the first Zilla Parishad to experiment with such a method of simultaneous education and employment.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Youths will also be able to experience administrative work for three consecutive years like government employees in various departments of Zilla Parishad.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Due to this scheme, the administrative work has been speeded up.<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"jCAhz ChMk0b\"><span class=\"ryNqvb\">Therefore, in the current financial year, new students will be given the opportunity to work, the information was given
