issued by Taluka Inspector or Taluka Land Record<br \/>\nOffice.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Site plan (8 copies) and eight copies of the building plan (if permission is asked for acquisition.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">If there is no Municipal Corporation or Municipal Council in the area for proposed conversion, the applicant needs to submit a No Objection Certificate (NOC) and clearance certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Application_Fee\"><\/span>Application Fee<span style=\"text-align: justify;\">For agricultural land to the commercial area, the premium would be 75% of the<br \/>\nmarket value of land<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">For semi-public land to residential land, it will be 20% of the market value of land<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">For residential to industrial use, the premium would be 20% of the land<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">For the forest to agricultural, it would be 40% of the market value of land.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Purposes_of_Maharashtra_Land_Conversion\"><\/span>Purposes of Maharashtra Land Conversion<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Any agriculture land can be converted, for one or more of the following purposes:<\/p>\n<ol style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Residential Purposes<\/li>\n<li>Commercial Purposes<\/li>\n<li>Individual or Industrial Area<\/li>\n<li>Medical facilities<\/li>\n<li>Animal rearing and husbandry, systematic farming or dairies such as isolated farms specialising in horticulture, rising of genetically enhanced crops or agriculture requiring specialised abiotic premises.<\/li>\n<li>Public utility of use to the state or district<\/li>\n<li>The public or semi-public service of use to the community, tribe or an entire anchal Ceremonials purposes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Procedure_for_Change_in_Land_Use_in_Maharashtra\"><\/span>Procedure for Change in Land &#8211;<\/strong> Occupant or superior holder of land, who is seeking permission for Maharashtra land<br \/>\nconversion, has to furnish an application form in prescribed format along with the<br \/>\nsupporting documents to the District Collector in whose jurisdiction the concerning<br \/>\nagriculture land is situated.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Verification by District Collector &#8211;<\/strong> On receipt of the request, District collector will acknowledge the application within seven days and send a copy of the application to Tahsildar.
