UMC WCD Yojana Details and application forms are given here. Through Ulhasnagar Municipal Corporation Women and Child Welfare Department from 14/08/2023, various schemes will be started for women and girls within the Municipal Corporation limits. However, the beneficiaries who are willing to avail the said scheme should submit their application form to the following address. Note :- The number of beneficiaries may change as per the budget provision of Women and Child Welfare Department. Read the below given details carefully and apply as per the instruction given here.
उल्हासनगर महानगरपालिका महिला व बालकल्याण विभागामार्फत दिनांक १४/०८/२०२३ पासून महानगरपालिका हद्दीतील महिला व मुलीं करीता विविध योजना सुरू करण्यात येणार आहे. तरी सदर योजना घेणेसाठी इच्छुक असलेल्या लाभार्थ्यानी आपला अर्ज नमुन्यात खालील पत्यावर सादर करावेत.
उल्हासनगर महानगरपालिका अंतर्गत महिला व बालकल्याण विभागातील विविध योजनांचा लाभ घेन्यासाठी अर्जदाराणे महापालिका क्षेत्रात किमान तीन वर्ष वास्तव्य करीत असल्याबाबतचा पुरावा म्हणून रेशनकार्ड, आधारकार्ड, निवडणूक ओळखपत्र, मतदार यादीतील नोंदीचा पुरावा किंवा अन्य असा योग्य पुरावा सादर करावा लागेल. अर्जदाराचे कुटूबांचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न रूपये २,००,०००/- पेक्षा जास्त नसावे.
किमान १० वर्ष व जास्तीत जास्त ४० वर्ष या वयोगटामधील महिला/मुली अर्ज करण्यास पात्र. अर्जदाराने पासपोर्ट साईज आकाराचे दोन फोटो देणे (एक अर्जाला लावून देणे व एक जादा फोटो देणे) एका कुटूबांतील दोन लाभार्थ्याला एकाच योजनेचा लाभ देण्यात येईल. अर्जदारास ओळखपत्र पुरावा म्हणून आधारकार्ड सादर करणे बंधनकारक राहिल.
Eligibility for UMC WCD Yojana
- Applicants have to submit proof of residence in the municipal area for at least three years, hence ration card, Aadhaar card, election identity card, proof of voter registration or other suitable proof.
- Applicant’s annual family income should not exceed Rs.2,00,000/-.
- Women/girls in the age group of minimum 10 years and maximum 40 years are eligible to apply.
- Two passport size photographs by the applicant (one attached to the application form and one additional photograph)
- Two beneficiaries of one family will be given the benefit of the same scheme.
- It will be mandatory for the applicant to submit Aadhaar card as proof of identity.
