PM Gati Shakti Yojana 2023 Details : Gati Shakti Yojana is a digital platform connecting 16 ministries including rail and road. Gati Shakti Yojana aims at promoting integrated planning and coordinated implementation of infrastructure connectivity projects. 16 Ministries and Departments have put in GIS mode all the projects which are to be completed by 2024-25.

The Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 15 August 2021 announced the multi-crore mega scheme Gati Shakti Yojana with the aim of generating employment in the country from the Red Fort in Delhi. Rs 100 lakh crore Gati Shakti Yojana for infrastructure development of the country will help in providing employment opportunities to lakhs of youth in the country. Under Gati Shakti, a digital platform has been created which will bring 16 ministries including rail and roadways together for integrated planning and coordinated implementation of infrastructure connectivity projects.

प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने 15 अगस्त 2021 को दिल्ली के लाल किले से देश में रोजगार पैदा करने के मकसद से करोड़ों रुपये की मेगा योजना गति शक्ति योजना (Gati Shakti Yojana) का ऐलान किया था। उन्होंने आज इसका शुभारंभ कर दिया। देश के इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर विकास के लिए 100 लाख करोड़ रुपये की गति शक्ति योजना से देश में लाखों युवाओं को रोजगार के मौके उपलब्ध कराने में मदद मिलेगी।

PM Gati Shakti Yojana will help in increasing the efficiency of industries, encourage local manufacturers, enhance the competitiveness of the industry and will also help in developing new possibilities for building the economic zones of the future. “This will address the problem of unconnected schemes, lack of standardisation, issues of approvals and timely construction and optimum utilization of capacities,” the official said.

• 16 मंत्रालय का ग्रुप – गति शक्ति योजना के लिए 16 मंत्रालयों का एक ग्रुप बनाया गया है, जो मुख्यतः आधारभूत संरचनाओं से संबंधित है। इसमें रेलवे, सड़क परिवहन, पोत, आईटी, टेक्सटाइल, पेट्रोलियम, ऊर्जा, उड्डयन जैसे मंत्रालय शामिल हैं। इन मंत्रालयों के जो प्रोजेक्ट चल रहे हैं या साल 2024-25 तक जिन योजनाओं को पूरा करना है, उन सबको गति शक्ति योजना के तहत डाल दिया जाएगा।
• समग्र बुनियादी ढांचे की नींव – गति शक्ति योजना भारत के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय अवसंरचना मास्टर प्लान होगा, जो समग्र बुनियादी ढांचे की नींव रखेगा। अभी परिवहन के साधनों और अलग-अलग विभाग के इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट के बीच कोई समन्वय नहीं है, गति शक्ति योजना इन सभी बाधाओं को दूर करेगी।
• कैसे होगा योजना पर अमल? – सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी मंत्रालय (एमईआईटीवाई) के तहत भास्कराचार्य राष्ट्रीय अंतरिक्ष अनुप्रयोग और भू-सूचना विज्ञान संस्थान (BISAG-N) ने गति शक्ति योजना की निगरानी के लिए प्लेटफार्म विकसित किया है। उद्योग और आंतरिक व्यापार संवर्धन विभाग (DPIIT) सभी परियोजनाओं की निगरानी और कार्यान्वयन के लिए नोडल मंत्रालय बनाया गया है। इंफ्रा परियोजनाओं का जायजा लेने के लिए एक राष्ट्रीय योजना समूह नियमित रूप से बैठक करेगा। किसी भी नई जरूरत को पूरा करने के लिए मास्टर प्लान में किसी बदलाव को कैबिनेट सचिव की अध्यक्षता वाली समिति मंजूरी देगी।
• पीएम गति शक्ति योजना क्या है? – गति शक्ति योजना रेल और सड़क सहित 16 मंत्रालयों को जोड़ने वाला एक डिजिटल मंच है। गति शक्ति योजना का मकसद बुनियादी ढांचा संपर्क परियोजनाओं की एकीकृत योजना बनाना और समन्वित कार्यान्वयन को बढ़ावा देना है। 16 मंत्रालयों और विभागों ने उन सभी परियोजनाओं को जीआईएस मोड में डाल दिया है, जिन्हें 2024-25 तक पूरा किया जाना है।
• गति शक्ति योजना का मकसद क्या है? – पीएम गति शक्ति योजना उद्योगों की कार्य क्षमता बढ़ाने में मदद करेगा, स्थानीय निर्माताओं को बढ़ावा मिलेगा, उद्योग की प्रतिस्पर्धात्मकता को बढ़ाएगा और भविष्य के आर्थिक क्षेत्रों के निर्माण के लिए नई संभावनाओं को विकसित करने में भी मदद करेगा। अधिकारी ने कहा, ‘‘यह असंबद्ध योजनाओं की समस्या को दूर करेगा, मानकीकरण की कमी, मंजूरी के मुद्दों और समय पर निर्माण और क्षमताओं का अधिकतम उपयोग जैसे मुद्दों को हल करेगा।
• गति शक्ति योजना कैसे काम करेगी? – देश में इन्फ्रास्ट्रक्चर डेवलपमेंट की सभी योजनाओं को एक नेशनल मास्टर प्लान के अंदर रखा जायेगा। इसमें सभी 16 मंत्रालयों के ज्वाइंट सेक्रेटरी लेवल के अधिकारी और विशेषज्ञ होंगे। ये लोग सैटेलाइट से लिये गए 3 डी इमेज के जरिये उन योजनाओं का मूल्यांकन करेंगे और अपनी राय उन योजनाओं को जल्द से जल्द पूरा करने के लिए देंगे।

Objective of PM Gati Shakti Yojana 2023

• The “PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan for Multi-Modal Infrastructure Connectivity to Economic Zones” with tag line ‘Gati se Shakti’ will include projects under existing flagship schemes of different ministries such as Bharatmala, Sagarmala, Udaan, expansion of railway network, inland waterways and Bharat Net.
• Officials said that seamless multi-modal connectivity will ensure the seamless movement of goods and people and enhance the ease of living as well as the ease of doing business.
• Gati Shakti will also help in fulfiling the ambitious targets set by the government for the period of 2024-25, including expanding the the length of the national highway network to 2 lakh route km, creation of over 200 airports, heliports and water aerodromes and doubling the gas pipeline network to 35,000 km.
