MCGM One Window Scheme for Divyang

Mumbai Suburban District Guardian (Palakmantri) Minister and Tourism Minister Mangalprabhat Lodha directed that the MCGM should take action to start a single window scheme so that the benefits of all government schemes implemented for the disabled are available at one place in the municipal area. Minister Mangalprabhat Lodha has instructed to start ‘one window scheme’ with the aim of enabling the disabled people in the municipal sector to get the benefit of all these schemes at a single place so that the citizens do not have to go to different government offices to avail the benefits of these schemes at a time when various schemes of the Central, State and Municipal Corporation are being implemented. Under the initiative of ‘Palakmintri Aapalya Bhetila’ program which has been held on October 12 at L Ward – Kurla West at 10 AM. Divyanf candidates attend this program. दिव्यांगांसाठी एक खिडकी योजना सुरू करणार- पालकमंत्री मंगलप्रभात लोढा

1. दिव्यांगासाठी राबविण्यात येत असलेल्या शासनाच्या सर्व योजनांचा लाभ महापालिका क्षेत्रात एकाच ठिकाणी उपलब्ध होण्यासाठी एक खिडकी योजना सुरु करण्यासाठी महापालिकेने कार्यवाही करावी, असे निर्देश मुंबई उपनगर जिल्ह्याचे पालकमंत्री तथा पर्यटन मंत्री मंगलप्रभात लोढा यांनी दिले.
2. बोरविली पश्चिम येथील आर सेंट्रल व आर नॉर्थ वॉर्ड येथे ‘पालकमंत्री आपल्या दारी’ या उपक्रमांतर्गत आयोजित कार्यक्रमात पालकमंत्री श्री. लोढा बोलत होते. यावेळी खासदार गोपाळ शेट्टी, आमदार प्रविण दरेकर, मंदा म्हात्रे, मनीषा चौधरी, प्रकाश सुर्वे, सहायक आयुक्त भाग्यश्री कापसे यांच्यासह सर्व विभागाचे अधिकारी, नागरिक मोठ्या संख्येने उपस्थित होते.
3. मंत्री मंगलप्रभात लोढा म्हणाले, दिव्यांगासाठी केंद्र, राज्य तसेच महापालिकेच्या विविध योजना राबविण्यात येतात अशा वेळी, नागरिकांना या योजनांचा लाभ घेण्यासाठी वेगवेगळ्या शासकीय कार्यालयात जावे लागू नये, यासाठी महापालिका क्षेत्रातील दिव्यांगांना या सर्व योजनांचा लाभ एकाच ठिकाणी मिळावा या हेतूने ‘एक खिडकी योजना’ सुरु करण्याचे निर्देश मंत्री मंगलप्रभात लोढा यांनी दिले.
4. यावेळी उपस्थित नागरिकांनी विविध विषयांवर आपले सुमारे ३६९ तक्रार अर्ज दिले. तर १०५ अर्जदारांनी पालकमंत्री यांच्या समोर प्रत्यक्ष समस्या मांडल्या. उपस्थित अधिकाऱ्यांना यावर तत्काळ कार्यवाही करण्याच्या सूचना पालकमंत्री यांनी यावेळी दिल्या.
5. ‘पालकमंत्री आपल्या भेटीला’ या उपक्रमांतर्गत दि. १२ ऑक्टोबर रोजी एल वॉर्ड – कुर्ला पश्चिम येथे सकाळी १० वाजता आयोजित करण्यात आला आहे.
6. नागरिकांना प्रत्यक्ष तसेच ऑनलाईन पद्धतीने जिल्हाधिकारी : https://mumbaisuburban.gov.in व बृहन्मुंबई महानगरपालिका : portal.mcgm.gov.in या लिंक वरही आपली तक्रार नोंदविता येईल.

MCGM Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Pension Scheme

1. Objective: To provide financial assistance to destitute persons, blind, disabled, orphan children, persons suffering from major illnesses, divorced women, abandoned women, women freed from prostitution, outraged women, Transgender, etc.
2. Eligibility: Below age of 65 years and Annual family income upto Rs. 21,000/-
3. Beneficiary: Destitute persons, blind, disabled, orphan children, persons suffering from major illnesses, divorced women, abandoned women, women freed from prostitution, outraged women, Transgender, etc.
4. Benefits: Each Beneficiary will get Rs.600/- per month and family with more than one beneficiary will get Rs.900/- per month Benefit will be given to beneficiary till his/her children become 25 years old or he /she gets employed, whichever occurs first. If beneficiary has only daughters, the benefit will be continued even they become 25 years old or get married.
5. How To Apply : Application Form , Certificate of Residence , Certificate of Age Certificate of Income / Proof of Below Poverty Line family, Certificate of Incapacity/ Disease – issued by the Civil Surgeon and Medical Superintendent of the Government Hospital
