There has been an accidental death of parents earning livelihood in many families due to Covid-19, there is a need to provide government assistance to the children of such affected families.  The Main objective of this scheme is to provide financial and food security to these children those family affected in Covid 19, so that they can complete their education smoothly while living a dignified life.

कोविड -19 से अनेक परिवारों में आजीविका उपार्जन करने वाले माता/पिता की आकस्मिक मृत्यु हुई है, ऐसे प्रभावित परिवारों के बच्चो को शासकीय सहायता दी जाने की आवश्यकता है | इस योजना का उद्देश्य इन बच्चो को आर्थिक एवं खाद्य सुरक्षा प्रदान करना है , ताकि वे गरिमापूर्ण जीवन निर्वाह करते हुए अपनी शिक्षा भी निर्विघ्न रूप से पूरी कर सके |

Eligibility for Mukhyamantri Covid-19 Bal Kalyan Yojana 2023

योजना अन्तर्गत पात्रता की शर्ते

1. प्रभावित परिवार मध्य प्रदेश का स्थानीय निवासी हो।
2. परिवार को मुख्यमंत्री कोविड-19 योद्धा कल्याण योजना का लाभ प्राप्त करने की पात्रता नहीं हो।
3. बाल हितग्राही के मृतक माता/पिता ऐसे शासकीय सेवक या शासकीय उपक्रम के सेवक न हो जिन्हें पुरानी पेंशन स्कीम के अंतर्गत पेंशन पाने की पात्रता हो।
4. ऐसे बालक/बालिका जिनकी आयु 21 वर्ष या उस से कम है, परन्तु स्नातक पाठ्यक्रम की निर्धारित अवधि तक, इनमे से जो भी कम हो और जिनके-
5. माता- पिता की कोविड -19 से मृत्यु हुई हो या
6. माता- पिता का निधन पूर्व में हो गया था तथा उनके वैध अभिभावक की कोविड -19 से मृत्यु हुई हो|
7. माता-पिता में से किसी एक का पूर्व में निधन हो चुका है तथा अब दुसरे की कोविड -19 से मृत्यु हुई है|
8. “कोविड -19 से मृत्यु ” का अभिप्राय ऐसी किसी भी मृत्यु से है , जो 1 मार्च ,2021 से 30 जून ,2021 तक की अवधि में हुई |

Mukhyamantri Covid-19 Yoddha Kalyan Yojana 2023

1. The affected family should be a local resident of Madhya Pradesh.
2. The family should not be eligible to get the benefit of Chief Minister Covid-19 Yoddha Kalyan Yojana.
3. The deceased parents of the child beneficiary should not be such government servants or servants of government undertakings who are eligible to get pension under the old pension scheme.
4. Boys/girls who are 21 years of age or less but up to the prescribed period of graduation course, whichever is less and whose- The parent has died of Covid-19 or The parents had passed away in the past and their legitimate guardian must have died of COVID-19.
5. One of the parents has passed away in the past and now the other has died of Covid-19.
6. “Death from COVID-19” means any such death which occurred during the period from 1st March, 2021 to 30th June, 2021.

योजना के अन्तर्गत दी जाने वाली सहायता

1. मासिक आर्थिक सहायता – प्रत्येक बाल हितग्राही को 5000/- प्रतिमाह की सहायता राशि बैक खाते में जमा की जावेगी। यदि बच्चे की आयु 18 वर्ष से कम है तो बच्चों की सहायता राशि चिन्हांकित संरक्षक के संयुक्त खाते में जमा की जावेगी। 18 वर्ष की आयु पूर्ण करने के उपरांत उसके व्यक्तिगत खाते में जमा की जावेगी। सहायता राशि संबंधित बाल हितग्राही को 21 वर्ष की आयु तक देय होगी।
2. मासिक राशन सहायता – प्रत्येक बाल हितग्राही और योजना के प्रावधानों के अंतर्गत नियुक्त उनके संरक्षक को राष्ट्रीय खाद्य सुरक्षा अधिनियम के अंतर्गत मासिक राशन प्रदाय किया जायेगा।
3. शिक्षा सहायता- प्रत्येक बाल हितग्राही को स्कूल शिक्षा , उच्च शिक्षा , तकनीकी शिक्षा, मेडिकल शिक्षा,विधि शिक्षा आदि हेतु योजना के अनुसार नि:शुल्क शिक्षा ( पहली कक्षा से स्नातक तक ) उपलब्ध करवाई जाएगी।

1. Monthly Financial Assistance – The assistance amount of 5000/- per month will be deposited in the bank account to each child beneficiary. If the age of the child is less than 18 years, then the children’s assistance amount will be deposited in the joint account of the identified guardian. After attaining the age of 18 years, it will be deposited in his personal account. The assistance amount will be payable to the child beneficiary concerned till the age of 21 years.
2. Monthly Ration Assistance – Monthly ration will be provided to every child beneficiary and their guardian appointed under the provisions of the scheme under the National Food Security Act.
3. Education Assistance- Free education (from first class to graduation) will be provided to every child beneficiary according to the scheme for school education, higher education, technical education, medical education, legal education etc.
