1. ही योजना अनाथ बालकांसाठी राबविण्यात येते ज्या बालकांचे पालक काही कारणामुळे मृत्युमुखी पडले आहेत.
   अनाथ, किंवा ज्याच्या पालकांचा पत्ता लागत नाही, व जी दत्तक देणे शक्य होत नाही अशी बालके
2. एखाद्या बालकाला कुष्ठरोग झाला असेल.
3. जे बालक एखाद्या गुन्ह्यांतर्गत कारावासात असेल.
4. एखादे परिवार आपल्या मुलाला सांभाळायला असमर्थ असतील.
5. अविवाहित माता या योजनेअंतर्गत लाभ घेऊ शकेल.

8. ज्या बालकांचे आई वडील एखाद्या गंभीर आजारामुळे रुग्णालयात भरती आहेत.

16. जी बालके अनाथ आहेत अशा बालकांना या योजनेचा लाभ घेता येईल.
17. ज्या बालकांच्या पालकांचा पत्ता लागत नाही अशी बालके या योजनेचा लाभ घेऊ शकतात.
18. ज्या बालकांचे आई वडील अपंग आहेत अशी बालके सुद्धा या योजनेचा लाभ घेऊ शकतात.
19. एखाद्या गुन्ह्या अंतर्गत जन्मठेपेची शिक्षा भोगत असलेल्या कैद्याची बालके या योजनेअंतर्गत लाभ घेऊ शकतात.
20. मृत्यू, घटस्फोट,विभक्तीकरण, परित्याग, अविवाहीत मातृत्व, गंभीर आजार, पालक रुग्णालयात असणे इ. कारणांमुळे विघटीत झालेल्या एक पालक असलेल्या कुटुंबातील बालके
21. ज्या बालकांना कुष्ठरोग आजार आहे.

23. कॅन्सर आजाराने ग्रस्त बालक
24. तीव्र मतिमंद बालक
25. ज्या बालकांच्या पालकांपैकी एकाचा मृत्यू होतो व एक पालक कमावता नाही अशा परिस्थितीत सुद्धा त्या बालकांना या योजनेचा लाभ घेता येतो.
26. या योजनेअंतर्गत शाळेत न जाणारी बालके सुद्धा लाभ घेऊ शकतात.

Eligibility for Bal Sangopan Yojana

1. Eligibility of Bal Sangopan Yojana To take advantage of this scheme, it is mandatory for the applicant to be a permanent resident of Maharashtra.
2. The age of the applicant should be between 1 to 18 years.
3. Homeless, orphan and vulnerable children are eligible for benefits under this scheme.

Bal Sangopan Yojana Maharashtra

1. An amount of Rs.1100/- per month for testing grant and Rs.75/- per beneficiary for voluntary organizations has been sanctioned for general children or under the scheme.
2. The Yojana will be implemented entirely from the state funds.
3. The same scheme will remain independent and independent of Integrated Child Protection Scheme (ICPS) or Centrally Awarded Scheme. Henceforth, the method of providing cash assistance to the beneficiary families will be stopped, and the amount will be deposited in their bank account every month only through money order. Or in the name of the family selected for the scheme, in opening bank/post office quick accounts.
4. The efficiency of filling the amount of conservation grant per month in that account is the responsibility of the voluntary organization.

Bal Sangopan Yojana Subsidy

1. under the scheme, every month, the subsidy will be distributed to the bank / post account in the name of the guardians of the beneficiaries with the help of the concerned organization.
2. Without opening bank/post accounts, District Women and Child Development Officer or institutions will not be able to disburse any further grant, the responsibility of the District Women and Child Development Officer will remain.
3. Subsidy will be distributed to the voluntary organizations at the rate of 6 months from the District Women and Child Development Officer and the concerned organizations will distribute the same to the beneficiary families.
