Training Scheme for SC – Charmakar Community who ‘s Age should be in between 18 to 50 years. This Scheme is funding by State Government. This scheme main object of the Corporation is to implement various schemes to uplift lifestyle of Charmakars (Dhor, Chambhar, Holar,Mochi etc.) who are economically weak and below poverty line and with an intention to develop them educationally, economically and socially so as to give them respectable place in Society. Also production of various types of Footwear, Leather Articles, supply to Government Departments , sale in Open Market. More details of Training Scheme is given below:

5Eligibility Criteria
  • Applicant must be of Charmakar Community only.
  • Age Limit should be in between 18 to 50 years
  • For 50% Subsidy Scheme and Margin Money, Annual Income of the applicants must be below poverty line and for NSFDC Scheme, income for Rural area should be below 98,000/- and for Urban Rs.1,20,000/-.
  • Applicants must be permanent resident of Maharashtra State.
  • He must produce the Income and Caste Certificate of Authorised Govt.Officer.
  • Applicant must have a knowledge of the business for which he has applied for loan.
6Benefits Providedtraining Scheme is implemented for the students to enable them to start their own business, trade or to get a job. training is given under this scheme in various trades such as Motor Driving, T.V./Video/Radio Repairing, Tailoring, Welding etc. for a period upto six months. Stipend and tution fees are also paid by the Corporation to the training institute.

४योजना ज्या प्रवर्गासाठी लागू आहे त्याचे नांवअनुसूचित जातीतील चर्मकार समाज.
५योजनेच्या प्रमुख अटी
  • अर्जदार हा अनुसूचित जातीतील चर्मकार समाजाचा असावा.
  • अर्जदार हा महाराष्ट्र राज्याचा रहिवाशी असावा.
  • अर्जदाराचे वय १८ ते ५० वर्षांपर्यत असावे.
  • अर्जदाराने जो व्यवसाय निवडला असेल त्या व्यवसायाचे ज्ञान व अनुभव त्याला असावा.

( अ) अर्जदाराच्या कुटुंबाचे वार्षिक उत्पन्न ग्रामीण भागासाठी रु.९८०००/ व शहरी भागासाठी रु.१२००००/ पर्यंत असावे.

  • (ब) राज्य शासन पुरस्कृत योजनांसाठी शहरी व ग्रामीण भागातील उत्पन्न मर्यादा रु.१०००००/ पर्यंत असावे.
  • जातीचा व उत्पन्नाचा दाखला तहसिलदार किंवा तत्सम सक्षम प्राधिकायाने दिलेला असावा.
  • अर्जदाराने या महामंडळाकडून अथवा इतर कोणत्याही शासकीय उपक्रमाकडून आर्थिक लाभ घेतलेला नसावा.

महामंडळाने वेळोवेळी घालून दिलेल्या अटी व शर्ती अर्जदारावर बंधनकारक राहतील.

६दिल्या जाणाया लाभाचे स्वरुपप्रशिक्षणार्थी व्यक्तीस रु.३००/ ते ४००/ विद्यावेतन देण्यात येते. सदर योजनेच्या अंतर्गत शिवणकला, सौंदर्य शास्त्र, संगणक, प्रशिक्षण चर्मोद्योग ई. व्यवसाय प्रशिक्षण संस्थेमार्फत दिले जाते.
७अर्ज करण्याची पध्दत
  • अर्जाचा नमुना महामंडळाच्या जिल्हा कार्यालयात विनाशुल्क स्वरुपात उपलब्ध असेल.

अर्जदाराने विहित नमुन्यातील अर्ज भरुन संपूर्ण कागदपत्रांसह जिल्हा कार्यालयात अर्ज सादर करावयाचा आहे.
