GATE 2022 Online Registration<\/strong><\/a>: The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) is an examination that primarily tests the comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in engineering and science for admission into the Masters Program and Recruitment by some Public Sector Companies. GATE 2022<\/span>\u00a0is conducted by the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and six other Indian Institutes of Technology at Mumbai, Delhi, Guwahati, Kanpur, Chennai, Roorkee & Indian Institute of Science at Bengaluru on behalf of the National Coordination Board \u2013 GATE, The Department of Higher Education, Ministry of Education (MoE), Government of India.<\/div>\n

Eligibility Criteria<\/span><\/b><\/h3>\n\n\n\n\n
The following candidates are eligible to appear in GATE\u00a02022<\/span>\u00a0examination<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n
A candidate who is currently studying in the 3rd or higher years of any undergraduate degree program.<\/p>\n

A candidate who has already completed any government approved degree program in Engineering \/ Technology \/ Architecture \/ Science \/ Commerce \/ Arts is eligible for appearing in the GATE 2022 exam.<\/p>\n

However, the candidates who possess certification from any of the professional societies must ensure that those examinations conducted by the societies are approved by MoE\/AICTE\/UGC\/UPSC as equivalent to B.E. \/ B.Tech. \/ B.Arch. \/ B.Planning, etc.<\/p>\n

Candidates who have obtained \/ are pursuing their qualifying degree from countries other than India: Must be currently in the 3rd or higher years or completed their Bachelor\u2019s degree (duration: at least 3 years) in Engineering \/ Technology \/ Science \/ Arts \/ Commerce.<\/th>\n<\/tr>\n<\/thead>\n<\/table>\n

Personal information (name, date of birth, personal mobile number, parents’ name, parents’ mobile number, etc.).Please note that the name of the candidate in the application form must exactly be the same as that in the valid photo ID, which the candidate MUST produce in original while appearing for GATE-2022<\/span>\u00a0examination at the centre.
    \nGATE\u00a02022<\/span>\u00a0scorecard will be issued as per the name entered in the application form.
    \nPrefix\/title such as Mr\/Shri\/Dr\/Mrs\/Smt\/Prof\/Capt, etc. MUST NOT be used before name.<\/b><\/li>\n
  2. Address for Communication (including PIN code).<\/li>\n
  3. Eligibility degree details.<\/li>\n
  4. College name and address with PIN code.<\/li>\n
  5. GATE paper(s) (subject).<\/li>\n

  7. High quality image of candidate’s photograph conforming to the requirements specified.<\/li>\n
  8. Good quality image of candidate’s signature conforming to the requirements specified.<\/li>\n
  9. Scanned copy of Category (SC\/ST) certificate (if applicable) in pdf format.<\/li>\n
  10. Scanned copy of PwD Certificate (if applicable) in pdf format.<\/li>\n
  11. Scanned copy of Certificate of Dyslexia (if applicable) in pdf format.<\/li>\n
  12. Scanned copy of any one of the valid photo Identity Document: Aadhaar-UID (preferable), Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID and Driving License. The same ID, in original, MUST be carried to the examination hall.<\/li>\n
