The Karnataka government has launched a new scheme known as the Saptapadi Vivah Yojana or you can say the mass marriage scheme and through the implementation of this scheme, the Karnataka government has promised its resident that Muzrai Mass marriage Scheme will be provided to all of the eligible candidates who cannot afford to carry on a lavish marriage as based on their financial capability.

योजनेसाठी पात्र होण्यासाठी वधू-वरांनी खाली दिलेल्या पात्रता निकषांचे पालन केले पाहिजे: – 

• अर्जदार कर्नाटक राज्यातील कायम रहिवासी असले पाहिजेत.
• केवळ शॉर्टलिस्टेड मंदिरांमध्ये होणारी सामुहिक विवाह पात्र आहेत.
• जोडीदाराच्या पालकांनी दोघांनाही सहाय्य मिळवायचे असेल तर या सोहळ्यास उपस्थित रहावे.
• जर अर्जदारांना त्यांच्या पालकांच्या परवानगीशिवायच लग्न करायचे असेल तर ती जोडपी पात्र नाहीत.
• तसेच, प्रेम विवाहाची इच्छा असणारे पात्र नाहीत आणि त्यांना या योजनेचा लाभ घेता येणार नाही.
• वधूचे वय 18 वर्षे किंवा त्यापेक्षा अधिक असणे आवश्यक आहे.
• वराचे वय 21 वर्षे किंवा त्यापेक्षा अधिक असणे आवश्यक आहे.
• ही योजना फक्त हिंदू धर्माच्या लग्नासाठीच लागू आहे.

• वर नमूद केल्याप्रमाणे, योजनेसाठी अर्ज करण्याची प्रक्रिया ऑफलाइन मोडमध्ये आहे.
• म्हणून, जर एखाद्या अर्जदारास या योजनेत आपली नावनोंदणी करायची असेल तर त्याने प्रथम मंदिरातून प्रोत्साहन देणाऱ्या मंदिरांची यादी तपासली पाहिजे. 
• त्याने / तिला जवळच्या मंदिरात जाणे आवश्यक आहे. 
• त्यानंतर मंदिर प्राधिकरण अर्जदारास नावनोंदणीचा फॉर्म देईल.
