1. Special Officer (Security):

• Qualification: Retired officers in the rank of Dy. Superintendent of Police with experience in various law enforcement roles like OC, IC, CI, DSP, or SDPO.
• Age: Between 60 to 62 years as on 01.01.2025.
• Key Responsibilities: Intelligence support, security supervision, theft prevention, and coordinating with local authorities like police and district administration.

2. Special Officer (Land):

• Qualification: Graduate in any discipline and must be a retired officer from the Land Department of the Government of West Bengal. The candidate should have experience in roles like SDL & LRO, Dy. DL & LRO, and other related positions.
• Age: Not specified.
• Key Responsibilities: Land procurement, mutation, land revenue, property tax payments, dealing with court cases related to land, and maintaining liaison with government offices.

3. Surveyor:

• Qualification: Retired Surveyor or equivalent from the Land Department of the Government of West Bengal, with experience in land acquisition and survey.
• Age: Not specified.
• Key Responsibilities: Conducting survey work, identifying plots, measuring land, preparing land plans, and liaising with local land offices.
