  2. आवास ऋण में आवास वित्त कंपनियों/बैंकों/वित्तीय संस्थाओं/गैर-बैंकिंग वित्तीय कंपनियों में अनुभव के लिए वरीयता दी जाएगी।
  3. सहायक प्रबंधक के पद के लिए न्यूनतम 3 वर्ष का अनुभव अनिवार्य है।

क्या काम करना होगा – Job Description  

1. गृह ऋण आवेदनों की सोर्सिंग और प्रसंस्करण, ग्राहक संपर्क, मंजूरी/संवितरण/वसूली आदि सहित दिन-प्रतिदिन के कार्यों में शाखा की सहायता करना।
2. बाहरी कार्यों में भागीदारी जैसे कंपनी के उत्पादों का विपणन, ग्राहक केवाईसी और अन्य दस्तावेजों का सत्यापन, पैनल अधिवक्ताओं / मूल्यांकनकर्ताओं के साथ समन्वय, संपत्तियों का निरीक्षण, उप-पंजीयक कार्यालय, बैंकों आदि का दौरा करना।
