Interested candidate can apply for the post of 3200 Preventive Health Promoter (PHP) Worker and 200 HAM (Health Manager) worker. For the PHP worker candidate must be 12th passed, for HAM worker candidate must be graduate. For the post of PHP worker post, Candidate has to download the myicom application from play store and Register yourself there with payment of rupee 550. For the HAM worker post candidate has to do the same process but the amount has to  is  be paid is rupees 1050. Registration  process can also be done on www.icomhealth.in website.
