शैक्षणिक  योग्यता- Educational Qualifications 

Name of the Posts Education Qualification
Senior Executive Directo Candidate must have passed MBA (HR)/2 years PGD (with specialization in HR/ PM/ IR)/ Masters in MHRM/ Personnel Management with minimum 60% marks or equivalent CGPA/ grade.
Executive Director Candidate must have passed Graduation in Civil/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/Mechanical Engineering/Architecture/Planning with a minimum 60% mark or equivalent CGPA/ Grade.
Assistant General Manager Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Electrical/Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering stream or equivalent pass with a minimum 60% mark or equivalent CGPA/ grade.
Senior Manager Candidate must have passed a bachelor’s Degree in the stream of Civil/ Electrical/ Electrical & Electronics/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent with a minimum 60% mark or equivalent CGPA/ grade.
