Haryana Agniveer Bharti 2025 : Agniveers of Haryana will now get 20 percent reservation in the police recruitment of the state. It has become the first state in the country to make such a provision. Union Home Minister Amit Shah had recently written a letter to CM Nayab Saini recommending this.

CM Saini announced this after a review meeting regarding reservation. Said that its first batch will come in July 2026. The CM said that a separate portal will be created for the registration of Agniveers. They will be given preference in jobs on the basis of educational qualification. Similarly, the government will give 10 percent reservation in the jobs of Forest Guard, Jail Warder and Mining Guard in the Forest Department and 50 percent reservation in Group C recruitment. Currently 5120 from Haryana are serving in the Army, Jail and Air Force. The scheme was started in the year 2022 and its first batch is to be completed in July 2026. Even before their retirement, the government has prepared a security cover policy for their future. It is worth mentioning that 2227 Agniveers were recruited during the year 2022-23 and 2893 in 2023-24. Shah had announced reservation in a rally held in NCR during the assembly elections.

कारोबार के लिए सस्ता लोन सरकार स्वरोजगार या उद्यमी बनने के इच्छुक अग्निवीरों को सस्ती दरों पर लोन उपलब्ध कराएगी। साथ ही जो उद्योग अग्निवीरों को 30 हजार रुपये से अधिक मासिक वेतन पर सेवाओं में रखते हैं, उन उद्योगों को सरकार 60 हजार रुपये वार्षिक सब्सिडी भी उपलब्ध करवाएगी।

25 फीसदी ही होंगे नियमित बाकी 75% हो जाएंगे रिटायर

चार साल की सेवा पूरी करने के बाद प्रत्येक बैच के 25 % अग्निवीरों को ही सेना में नियमित नौकरी का मौका मिलेगा। बाकी अग्निवीरों के लिए सरकारी नौकरी विकल्प साबित हो सकती है। हरियाणा सरकार का यह कदम उनके भविष्य को सुरक्षित करने की दिशा में एक बड़ा फैसला है।
