भारतीय खाद्य सुरक्षा और मानक प्राधिकरण ने एफएसएसएआई इंटर्नशिप कार्यक्रम के संबंध में एक अधिसूचना जारी की है, जो बोर्ड द्वारा छात्रों के लिए कैरियर निर्माण के अवसर के रूप में प्रदान की जाती है। नोटिफिकेशन के अनुसार इच्छुक उम्मीदवार नोटिफिकेशन को डाउनलोड कर अंतिम तिथि से पहले ऑनलाइन आवेदन कर सकते हैं. इस भर्ती के लिए आवेदन करने की आखिरी तारीख 10 दिसंबर 2021 है।

FSSAI Internship Eligibility Criteria:

Students pursuing a full time Graduate/Post Graduate Degree/higher degree from a Recognized Institute within India/ abroad, in any of the following:

• Pursuing Post Graduate Degree/B.Tech/BE from a recognized University or Institution in Chemistry or Biochemistry or Food Technology or Food Science & Technology or Food & Nutrition or Edible Oil Technology or Microbiology or Dairy Technology or Agricultural or horticultural Sciences or Industrial Microbiology or Toxicology or Public Health or Life Science or Biotechnology or Fruit & Vegetable Technology or Food Safety & Quality Assurance.
• Business Administration & Management including policy regulation and related fields. C. PG Diploma/Degree in Journalism, Mass Communication and Public Relations.
• B.E. / B. Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology Software Engineering or related Stream.
• Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Public Policy Public Administration.
• Bachelor/Master of Law.

Note : Students in 3rd / 4thyear of Bachelor’s program in Food Technology or related fields can also apply.

FSSAI Internship Application Process

• Interested and eligible students can apply online in the specified format as per the timelines provided by FSSAI. Applicants, who have applied for internship for previous months, need to apply afresh.
• The shortlisted candidates may be required to submit a short write up/presentation for final selection.
• The final list of selected candidates along with their date of joining and Internship tenure would be declared online on FSSAI website.

Food Safety Mitra Stipend

10,000/- (रुपये दस हजार मात्र) इंटर्नशिप अवधि के लिए योग्य इंटर्न को कार्यालय/मंडल की सिफारिश पर दिया जाएगा जिससे वे जुड़े हुए हैं। योग्य इंटर्न के मानदंड उनकी (ए) उपस्थिति, (बी) उनके संबंधित रिपोर्टिंग अधिकारियों द्वारा मूल्यांकन के आधार पर तय किए जाएंगे; और (सी) समिति द्वारा रिपोर्ट का मूल्यांकन।

A stipend of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) for the internship period will be given to the deserving Interns on the recommendation of the Office/Division that they are attached with. The criteria for deserving interns will be decided based on their (a) attendance, (b) assessment by their respective reporting officers; and (c) evaluation of the report by the Committee.

1.)After registration candidate have to pay registration charges of Rs. 500 /- to go for training and online Assessment.

2.)We have introduced Online Assessment Exam.

3.)Exam will be of 100 Marks in which candidate have to acquire minimum 75 Marks for Passing the Examination. If Candidate fails in the exam he has to repay the registration fees Rs.500/- and undergo training and online assessment.

4.)Candidates who have already paid the registration fees and waiting for assessment, can go for online assessment if training module is completed.

5.)Once candidate pass in the exam he has to pay security deposit of Rs. 5000/-.

6.)Certificate will be downloaded after the payment of security deposit and approval from respective regional offices.

FSW Internship Exam Pattern

FSSAI have introduced Online Assessment Exam.
