Bihar Health Department Bharti 2022 : Preparations have been completed for the appointment of 20 thousand nurse posts in Bihar. बिहार में 20 हजार नर्स के पदों पर नियुक्ति की तैयारियां पूरी कर ली गई हैं. मार्च के बात इसकी वैकेंसी निकाली जाएगी और नए वित्तीय वर्ष में इन नियुक्तियों की प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली जाएगी. विधान परिषद में वित्तीय वर्ष-2022-23 के बजट पर चर्चा के दौरान स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मंगल पांडेय ने शुक्रवार को इस बात की घोषणा की. स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने बताया कि अभी 8900 नर्सों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया चल रही है. इसे एक महीने में पूरा कर लिया जाएगा, इसके बाद और बहालियां होंगी.

मंगल पांडेय ने सदन में बताया कि वर्ष 2005 के बाद राज्य में स्वास्थ्य व्यवस्था में सुधार हुआ है. बीते 17 वर्षों में जैसा काम हुआ वैसा आजादी के बाद से होता तो आज सूरत ही कुछ और होती. उन्होंने कहा कि वर्तमान में जेनरल मेडिकल ऑफिसर के मात्र 220 पद बचे हैं. उन्होंने स्वीकार किया कि विशेष डॉक्टरों के करीब 3000 पद खाली हैं पर इसकी वजह चिकित्सकों का नहीं मिलना है. जब डॉक्टर मिलेंगे तभी तो उनकी नियुक्ति होगी.

Bihar Health Department Recruitment 2022 – The Government today said that soon 8853 ANMs (Nurses) will be appointed in the state. In the Legislative Council, Health Minister Mangal Pandey, in response to a question of Sanjeev Shyam Singh of Janata Dal United (JDU), said that there is no posting of a doctor in the health sub-centre. The post of two ANMs is approved at all health sub-centres, in which one more is working at all health sub-centres, who are performing vaccination and other works along with Kovid-19 management.

बिहार सरकार ने आज कहा कि जल्द ही राज्य में 8853 एएनएम (नर्सों) की नियुक्ति की जाएगी। विधान परिषद में स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मंगल पांडेय ने मंगलवार को जनता दल यूनाइटेड (जदयू) के संजीव श्याम सिंह के एक सवाल के जवाब में कहा कि स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र में चिकत्सिक की पदस्थापन नहीं होती है। सभी स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों पर दो-दो एएनएम का पद स्वीकृत है, जिसमें सभी स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्र पर एक-एक एवं कार्यरत हैं जो कोविड-19 प्रबंधन के साथ टीकाकरण एवं अन्य कार्यों का निष्पादन कर रही हैं।

स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा कि शीघ्र ही राज्य स्वास्थ्य समिति की ओर से 8853 एएनएम की नियुक्ति होने के बाद एएनएम की संख्या बल बढ़ जाएगी। इसके बाद स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों की व्यवस्था में सुधार आ जाएगी। उन्होंने कहा कि नियुक्ति के बाद इतनी बड़ी संख्या में नर्स आ जाएंगी तो स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों में उनकी पदस्थापना की जाएगी। श्री पांडेय ने कहा कि स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों में एएनएम की नियुक्ति होती है। एएनएम को टीकाकरण, गर्भनिरोधक सुझाव और दवाइयां स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों में देना होता है। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रावधान के अनुरूप स्वास्थ्य उपकेंद्रों पर चिकत्सिकों की नियुक्ति नहीं होती है।

Health Minister Mangal Pandey has given this information in response to a question asked in the assembly. The Health Minister has said that in the financial year 2021-22, advertisement has been issued for the appointment of 8853 ANM, 222 Lab Technician, 207 Specialist Doctor and 4050 Community Health Officer (CHO) posts. The planning process is in process. All these appointments will be on contract. Apart from this, post wise roster clearance of total 461 vacant posts is approved. For this, the process of publishing advertisement is being done. In the financial year 2021-22, the process of appointment to 14979 posts is in the final stage. Out of all these appointments, the appointment of about 12000 manned forces will be completed by the month of June.

जून महीने तक तहत स्वास्थ्य विभाग 12 हजार नियुक्तियां करेगा। एएनएम, स्पेशलिस्ट डॉक्टर,सीएचओ, पारा मेडिकल्स सहित अन्य पदों पर नियुक्तियां होंगी। ये सभी नियुक्तियां राष्ट्रीय स्वास्थ्य मिशन के तहत की जाएंगी। विधानसभा में पूछे गए एक सवाल के जवाब स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मंगल पांडेय ने यह जानकारी दी है। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा है कि वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 में एएनएम के 8853, लैब टेक्नीशियन के 222, विशेषज्ञ चिकित्सक के 207 तथा कम्युनिटी हेल्थ ऑफिसर (सीएचओ) के 4050 पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए विज्ञापन जारी कर दिया गया है। नियोजन की कार्रवाई प्रक्रिया में है। ये सभी नियुक्तियां संविदा पर होंगी। इसके अलावा कुल 461 खाली पदों का पदवार रोस्टर क्लीयरेंस अनुमोदित है। इसके लिए विज्ञापन प्रकाशन की कार्रवाई की जा रही है। वित्तीय वर्ष 2021-22 में 14979 पदों पर नियुक्ति की प्रक्रिया अंतिम चरण में है। इन सभी नियुक्तियों में से लगभग 12000 मानव बलों की नियुक्ति जून महीने तक पूरी कर ली जाएगी।

स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से अगले साल जनवरी तक 3270 आयुष चिकित्सकों की नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया पूरी कर ली जाएगी। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री मंगल पांडेय ने कहा कि आयुर्वेदिक, यूनानी एवं होमियोपैथिक चिकित्सकों के 3,270 पदों पर नियुक्ति के लिए अधियाचना बिहार तकनीकी सेवा आयोग को भेजी गई थी। इसके आलोक में आयोग द्वारा नियुक्ति प्रक्रिया शुरू कर दी गई है। कुल 3,270 पदों में से 50 फीसदी यानी 1,635 पर आयुर्वेद, 30 फीसदी यानी 981 पर होमियोपैथी और 20 फीसदी यानी 654 पदों पर यूनानी चिकित्सक नियुक्त किए जाएंगे।
