- Officers of the Central Government or State Government or Supreme Court or High Court or District Courts or Statutory/Autonomous bodies having pensionery benefits
- holding analogous post on regular basis in the Department; or parent cadre or (with Five years regular service in the parent cadre or Department in posts in level -10 of the pay matrix; or with Six years regular service in the parent cadre or Department in posts in level-8 of the pay matrix; or with Seven years regular service in the parent cadre or Department in posts in level -7 of the pay matrix; and
- having five years of experience in personnel and Administrative or Judicial work. Desirable: Possessing a degree in Law from a recognised University. The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other Organization or Department of the Central Government shall not ordinarily exceed three years.
Age Limit for AFT Delhi Recruitment 2024
The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years with a residual service of four vears on the closing date of receipt of applications.
