शैक्षणिक योग्यता -Education Qualification for APS Fatehgarh Recruitment 2022

Name of the Post Qualification
PGT Must be a Post-graduate with the subject in which employment is sought, with B.Ed. with minimum 50%
marks in each.
TGTs Graduation with B.Ed and equivalent with minimum 50% marks in each. In case candidate has not scored
50% marks in graduation but has qualified as a post graduate with the same main subject and scored 50%
or more in PG, the candidate shall be valid. Qualifying CSB & CTET/TET is mandatory for TGTs. Since
CTET was not conducted for some time from 2016-18, this would not be considered mandatory initial
engagement. However, those recruited would be required to pass the same within their probation term.
They shall be given two yrs / chance to clear the CTET. The condition shall be endorsed in the other letter
and also Appt letter.
Computer Teacher BCA or Graduation in Computer Science of BE/B.Tech (Computer Science/IT) or graduation in any subject
and A level course from DOEACC, Min of info & Comn & Technology, GOI. Qualifying CSB is mandatory.
Counselor Graduate with Psychology with a Certificate or Diploma in Counselling with minimum
experience of three years as wellness Teacher/Counselor.
Activity Teacher Art Minimum QR for teachers for Vocational Subjects has been given in CBSE Affiliation Bye Laws 2018 at
Appendix VII. The same shall be applied while selecting teachers in this category. No Online Screening
Exam is closed in this category.
PRT Graduate with 2yrs Diploma in Elementary Education (D.E.Ed)/B.Ed with minimum 50% marks in each.
Should have qualified in Part A of the screening exam (CSB). The candidate who is qualified B.Ed and nit
D.E.Ed would have to undergo a six month bridge course in elementary education from an institution
recognized by the NCTE within 2 years of such appointment as PRT. In case the Bridge Couse is not being
conducted by any Regd college/University, a certificate to the effect from the State/Distt Edu offr should be
arranged and retained in the school records. In case such course commerce/is conducted during in the
period of probation, the probationer would have to undergo the course failing which his/her service would be
liable to be terminated on completing the term of probation. Qualifying CTET/TET is mandatory for PRTs.

Physical Education Graduate in Physical Education or B.P.Ed or D.P.Ed. awarded by a recognized university/Institution after
training of minimum one academics session, provided that the admission qualification for the Diploma is at
leat a university degree or Bachelor of Sports, Humanities and Physical Education of Haryana Agriculture
University, Hissar.
Head Clerk Preferably an Ex-Serviceman of clerk category upto the age of 55 years, 5-10 years experience in Office
Management, Account handling as Head Clerk with high proficiency in staff duties and drafting experience,
Computer Savvy – MS Office. Etc, Educational, Qualification – Minimum Graduate in case of civilian and
Should not have any disciplinary case against him in the entire service.
Supervisor –
Administrative		 An Ex-Army retired JCO of the rank of Nb Sub/Sub/Sub Maj. Preferably with experience of Adm JCO in
Army & Basic Knowledge of handling stores
LDC Graduate or ten years of service as a clerk (For Ex-Serviceman). Computer Literate.

Knowledge of Computer MS Office (Speed 12000 key depression per hour). Basic Knowledge of
accounting.
Receptionist Same as laid down for LDC, with good communication skills.
Computer Lab Minimum 10+2 with one year Diploma in Computer Science and knowledge of Hardware, Peripheral and
Networking.
Para-Medics 10+2 and diploma in nursing with minimum five years of experience. A female Paramedic should be given
preference.
