डीलशेयर ने बुधवार को कहा कि उसने अपने परिचालन को बढ़ाने के लिए 10 करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर (लगभग 736.3 करोड़ रुपए) का निवेश करने और विभिन्न कार्यों में लगभग 5,000 लोगों को नियुक्त करने की योजना बनाई है। कारोबार को तेजी से बढ़ाने के लिए यह निवेश अगले छह महीने के दौरान किया जाएगा।

कंपनी ने हाल में टाइगर ग्लोबल, वेस्टब्रिज कैपिटल, अल्फा वेव इनक्यूबेशन और अन्य के जरिए 14.4 करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर जुटाए थे। डीलशेयर के संस्थापक और सीईओ विनीत राव ने बताया कि हम अगले छह महीनों में 10 करोड़ अमेरिकी डॉलर का निवेश करने की योजना बना रहे हैं। यह निवेश मुख्य रूप से परिचालन क्षमताओं को बढ़ाने के लिए किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि कोविड-19 की चुनौतियों के बावजूद कंपनी का ग्राहक आधार काफी बढ़ गया है।

राव ने बताया, ”इस समय हम पांच राज्यों और 45 से अधिक शहरों के लगभग 900 पिन कोड में मौजूद हैं।” उन्होंने बताया कि कंपनी की योजना अगले छह महीनों में अपने कर्मचारियों की संख्या 1,000 से बढ़ाकर 5,000 से अधिक करने की है। इन लोगों को परिचालन उत्कृष्टता, उत्पाद और प्रौद्योगिकी, डेटा विज्ञान, विपणन और सोर्सिंग जैसी भूमिकाओं में नियुक्त किया जाएगा।
