• Scientists F – Master’s degree in Oceanography / Marine Sciences / Atmospheric Sciences / Physics/ Mathematics / Geophysics or its equivalent from a recognized University / Institute with at least first class (60% marks) in the qualifying degree.
• Scientist C – Bachelors’ Degree in Computer Sciencel Computer Engineering/ Information Technology from a recognized University /Institution with at least first class (60% marks) or equivalent CGPA
• Scientists D – Masters’ Degree or equivalent in Meteorology/Oceanography/Atmospheric Science/ Climate Science/Physics/Mathematics/Statistics or equivalent from a recognized university with at least first class (60% marks) or equivalent CGPA
