जिला एवं सत्र न्यायाधीश मोगा अनिवार्य योग्यता –

• उम्मीदवार के पास किसी मान्यता प्राप्त विश्वविद्यालय से कला स्नातक या विज्ञान स्नातक या उसके समकक्ष डिग्री होनी चाहिए और एक विषय के रूप में पंजाबी के साथ मैट्रिक परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण और कंप्यूटर के संचालन में प्रवीणता

आयु सीमा –

• सामान्य वर्ग के लिए उम्मीदवार की आयु 01 जनवरी 2021 को 18 से 37 वर्ष होनी चाहिए। माननीय उच्च न्यायालय के साथ-साथ पंजाब सरकार के नियमों / निर्देशों के अनुसार आरक्षित श्रेणियों के उम्मीदवारों को आयु में छूट दी जाएगी।
