Eligibility Criteria For ENOC Dubai Job Vacancies 2024

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business Administration from accredited institution.
• 3-4 years direct and relevant experience in a procurement function within and oil/gas or petrochemical industry.

• Diploma or High school graduate
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in areas such as communications, marketing public policy issues management, government relations community relation or other related areas including at least two area years in a managerial/supervision role leading team.

3. Senior Specialist Process Safety

•  A recognized engineering degree in chemical, mechanical or a related field
• Required Experience and Technical Skills
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Oil & Gas process industry (Refinery / Petrochemical / E&P / Gas Processing) of which at least 5 years of experience must be in developing and implementing PSM programs including PHA and design reviews.
• Direct experience of 3+ years in oil & gas process plant operations and/ or Technical Services is highly desirable.
• Mastery/highly skilled in application of PHA and COMAH tools and techniques (Such as HAZOP, LOPA, SIL, Consequence analysis, QRA, Bowtie, Facility siting, F&G mapping, Hazardous area classification etc.) and process safety incident investigation tools (such as BSCAT, Tripod Beta, TapRoot etc.)
• Skilled in quantitative consequence analysis using DNV PHAST or Shell Shepherd
• Working knowledge of human factors and asset integrity technical aspects
• Strong understanding of O&G process plant operations with demonstrated expertise and thorough understanding of Process Safety risks.
• Sound knowledge of international codes and standards and industry best practices pertaining to PSM
