ICDDRB Recruitment 2024 Roles and Responsibilities :

• Work with Investigators on proposals and protocols development;
• Draft sections of protocols relating to research (e.g. questionnaire, guidelines);
• Review protocol for adherence to qualitative/quantitative research principles and make appropriate suggestions in order to support the creation of sound proposals and protocols with funding potential.

Project Implementation:

• Organize, plan and conduct qualitative interview under the guidance of Principal Investigator;
• Assertive and empathic consent taking form the deceased families in the Hospital and from the community;
• Write-up repost of the qualitative component of the project and consent process;
• Support research material development;
• Train new field staff on delivery of CHAMPS intervention;
• Conduct and supervise CHAMPS sessions;
• Transcribe and translate qualitative data, create qualitative analysis plan and conduct qualitative data analysis;
• Address comment made by investigators and donor and finalize report;
• Supervision and troubleshooting field problem if required;
• Document achievement of project milestones; Tab/smart phone data management and facilitate other information dissemination efforts in the study communities;
• Prepare and share weekly and monthly report and work plan as per deliverable.
