Educational Qualification For GECA Aurangabad Recruitment 2023

| प्रॅक्टिसचे प्राध्यापक | i. Distinguished experts who have made remarkable contributions in their professions from various fields such as engineering, science, technology, entrepreneurship, commerce, social sciences, media, literature, fine arts, civil services, armed forces, legal profession, community development, panchayat raj, rural development, watershed development, water harvesting, organic farming, small green energy systems, municipal planning, community participation, gender budgeting/planning, inclusive development of tribals and public administration among others. Those who have proven expertise in their specific profession or role with at least 15 years of service/experience, preferably at a senior level, will be eligible for Professor of Practice.
ii. A formal academic qualification is not considered essential for this position if they have exemplary professional practice in lieu. These experts will also be exempted from the requirement of publications and other eligibility criteria stipulated for the recruitment of faculty members at the Professor level. However, they should possess the skills to carry out the duties and responsibilities. |
| सहायक प्राध्यापक | An Adjunct Faculty/ Resource person shall be a Faculty retired from Government Technical Institution for UG and PG programs or a person of eminence, having a minimum of 15 years of experience from Industry or 10 years from academics AND with Post Graduate or Ph.D. qualification in a relevant discipline. The upper age limit for Adjunct Faculty/ Resource Persons is 65 years but no bar as long as he/ she adds value to the Education and academic activities of the Institution. |
| विजिटिंग फॅकल्टी | Minimum ME/M.Tech in Relevant* branch. 1st class or equivalent either in BE/B. Tech or ME/M. Tech OR
M. Sc. First Class, in relevant subject Desirable SET/NET/Ph.D BE/B.Tech. and /ME/ MTech. with 1st class at either stage (ii) BE/B.Tech. and MCA with 1st class at either stage OR Postgraduate degree in Psychology or relevant field |
